Teen Squad City Wide Program

Our Teen Squad program has a special focus on developing leadership skills in teen girls; we train teens to coach younger girls throughout the city in a sport, health and leadership topic. For every session that the teens coach, they receive $50 towards a post-secondary scholarship so that participants have the opportunity to earn their own money for college. We also offer opportunities for teens to connect and network with professional women from different industries and businesses throughout the city of Chicago while earning scholarship money.
