Illinois Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects

i-noma.org

Since 1971, NOMA has held the mantle of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the profession of architecture. While the past 48 years have yielded progress, there is still much to be done in order to ensure that every person has the opportunity to study design, practice architecture and shape our collective built environment. NOMA's mission is to champion diversity within the design professions by promoting the excellence, community engagement, and professional development of its members. I-NOMA is the local chapter of this organization, aiming to develop and support programming around the NOMA mission for Chicago and surrounding Illinois areas. I-NOMA also supports Milwaukee NOMA members.
